This intimate retreat is eight days and seven nights of trauma-informed yoga, intentional rest, community, and the kind of stillness your nervous system has been begging for.

That's why sol RESET retreats have partnered with Royal Kids Childcare, a Black-woman-owned, mother-led at-home childcare provider already trusted by Tierra Briscoe Wellness clients across the DMV. After you book, we'll connect you directly with the Royal Kids team to coordinate care for your children during the eight days you're with us.

ABSOLUTELY!! My retreats are no only beginner-friendly, but they cater to yogis of all-levels. Whether you are curios about trying yoga, have practiced for years, looking to restart your journey… this is for you. All are welcome! You are also not required to attend every class. I encourage all guests to truly do what feels aligned for you in that moment.

Is a payment plan available?
Yes! You have two options: pay in full at the time of registration, or secure your spot with a non-refundable $400 deposit and make monthly payments until your balance is paid in full. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit and signed waiver are received.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $400 per person and is non-refundable. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat investment.
How do monthly payments work?
Once your deposit is submitted, monthly payments begin the following month and continue for 8 months until your balance is paid in full.

Payments are processed each month automatically through your HoneyBook client portal. You will receive a reminder before each payment is due.
When is my final payment due?
All balances must be paid in full no later than January 2027 — five months before the retreat begins. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot without a refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers (ACH) through our secure client portal. Bank transfers are encouraged as they carry a lower processing fee.
Can I pay my balance off early?
Absolutely. You are welcome to pay your remaining balance at any time before the final due date. Log into your client portal and apply a payment toward your balance whenever you are ready.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a scheduled payment does not process, you will be notified immediately. You will have 5 business days to resolve the missed payment before your spot is placed back into availability. Tierra Briscoe Wellness is not responsible for payments that fail due to insufficient funds or expired card information. Please keep your payment information current in your client portal.

Many guests use their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) toward wellness retreat experiences. While some plans do cover yoga, mindfulness, and wellness programming, FSA/HSA eligibility varies by plan administrator and is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to verify eligibility with your FSA/HSA administrator before making a payment. YogiTB is not responsible for reimbursement decisions made by your plan provider. No, flights are not included. If you are in need of travel assistance, we have a trusted Travel Agent on-hand to support you.

I know that this may be some guests’ first time traveling a long distance. Do not worry, we account for that in our itinerary. Please plan to arrive the day/night of June 3rd as we will leave DPS early morning of June 4th. Please book a night at Novotel Hotel at DPS airport. It is extremely affordable and extremely nice.

Travel insurance is required for all Sol RESET .007 guests. Given that all payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is your financial protection in the event of an emergency, illness, or travel disruption. We have seen firsthand how travel insurance has protected guests from significant financial loss. It is not expensive, and it is 100% worth it. You will be asked to confirm your travel insurance coverage prior to the retreat. We recommend purchasing your policy at the time of your deposit.
